What is the deal with transfers once the servers become desynched? by Aristo by Aristo Can someone clarify please? To me it seems this would make LJ the server to go to since it leaves options down the road. I like that and would like to point this out to other players who intend to play these TLP's until they've caught up with live. edit: weird formatting issue
Yes, you can see this work with Fippy/Vulak. Vulak to Fippy transfers are fine, the other direction has never existed. So while the are the same expansion, they could be both way transfers. Once Rage moves ahead, if there are transfers permitted (there will be, once the population drops enough to generate complaints or merge requests) it will be from Lockjaw to Rage, possibly Vulak and Fippy eventually as we catch up. If we pass them, they can merge with us instead. If you want options down the road for merging, then yes Lockjaw is the one to go to. That pushes the population upward (in expansions) artificially.
you can transfer up you just cant transfer down expansion wise like you could go from lockjaw to all but none could transfer to lockjaw after desync because it would be behind rest of the servers
