I'm a 75 zerker and today I bought the Battle Leap AA. It appears to be a leap with about a 7 second small dps buff. I wasn't overly impressed but figured in for a penny in for a pound. So I spent 3 more points to get furious leap. From what I can tell it is on the same timer as Battle Leap, is a shorter distance and doesn't grant any dps buff. Did I completely waste 12 AAs here or am I missing something? Thanks.
Furious leap tends to be more of a utility for me... a way to get away from certain raid emotes quickly, or clear gaps in old world zones, etc. Battle Leap is more of way to stay on top of a raid mob while you're under blind effect. The DPS components are nice but not compelling. I do use the abilities every day though.
