Seems Friendslist was deleted and Channels are broken, add to it the annoying update to Guildwindow one has to wonder, Who comes up with these *great but messed up ideas?* if you Really wanna do a good new update on a window, make a window that can tell a player his faction!
Friends list relies on the universal chat system (what channels are on) iirc, so when it goes down so does Friends list
