Upon evolving my phoenix and turning it into Elmara, the item was taken but the next step that says to Speak to Elmara I get the message ""...when she's all grown up." like I didn't just turn it give it to her. The lineitem is clicked off in my quest window but when I hail her she doesn't advance to the next lineitem on the quest. I was given my evolved item back via petition but now Elmara won't take it from me as she thinks I've already given it. Still no advancement on the quest when hailed. I've done this quest on other toons and it has worked as intended.
