finding old weapon

there was a weapon around when I first started playing it did 1 dmg and never missed. but I can't remember the name of it. dose anyone know it's name and is it still in the game?

Twig of discipline ... my mother used to have a tree of them.
Seriously seem to remember a twig of some sort, 1 dam 10 dly or something.

As far as a weapon that never missed, never heard of it and not sure if the game mechanics(especially back then) would even support it.

That was the one I remember though may not be what the OP had in mind.

Efreeti Standard came to my mind as soon as I read the post, but it can certainly miss. Could you possibly be getting wires crossed between a weapon and the Throw Stone disc, which does 1 dmg and always hits? That may be a long shot, but I know when I'm trying to remember things from way back, I can get things mixed up and combined myself =)
