I've been working on showing a 11 year old how to play with a toon in Ferrott. One of the issues he runs into is loosing his corpse. Perhaps an idea to help new players with this would be to put a corpse summoner right there in camp. Put a cap level of 85 on what they can summon with a nearby vendor that sells really cheap summoning stones.
This immediately brought back memories from the early days. Corpse runs naked, corpses under the ground or inside rocks, corpses poofing before I could find them, and of course this video:
Lol.. the best thing you can do (for now) is to bind you're soul in the guild lobby. Buy a stone from the vendor and give it to the NPC who will bring back the corpse and put it where you stand in the guild lobby. Quite useful if you have a healer merc also because it will rezz you too, might not get as much exp. back as a high lvl. cleric, but it's better than nothing at all.
