Did it go wonky? Using default ui, mobs on primary give xp, fellowship starts as sharing then after a few pulls goes capped every time. Check char, no fellowship xp even after sitting 20 minutes thinking server needed to catch up. Rebuilt fellowship, same thing. Oddly, I have 2 that worked as intended. Thoughts?
The cap seems to be based partially on how much experience you could possibly get. But I don't know if this adapts to new limits on AA. If you have the maximum banked AAs, you shouldn't receive any AA vitality, but I think you'd still get regular experience vitality. I may be wrong, and you may not be able to receive any vitality. However, I've found that if the character is at 100% into level 105, they can't gain any vitality, even if they don't have the maximum number of AA banked. After the first kill or so, they turn from sharing experience to capped in the fellowship window.
