In ToV (the last level increase prior to ToL), we had two T1 missions that dropped a good amount of T1 gear for people to gear up with, trade, sell, barter, and use on alts. In CoV, there were no T1 missions and thus no chests with gear. But this seemed fine as there was no level increase. Now with ToL, again we have no T1 missions, yet this is a level increase expansion. This limits the T1 gear into circulation by hunting rares. As there are no T1 missions, can we consider adding some T1 gear to the chests in the T2 missions? Even if it was only 2 pieces: 1x visible armor (i.e. chest, wrist, arm, etc.) and 1x anything else (prim, sec, range, charm, aug, back, etc.)
i'd like this, or if we get a t1 mission every expansion that follows this mission format going forward
ToV had 2 T1 and 2 T2 missions. CoV and ToL have 4 T2 missions each. This is just a straight design flaw.
