Fabled in AoC Instances?

Feels like important details to check if you're advertising that fabled will spawn.

Telling everyone something without actually checking if it's true.

Although I guess since they just failed to even take out spirit pots and golden idols when they specifically tried to, I certainly didn't expect them to check little weird details about sped up timers not spawning fabled lol.

Yeah, I was under the impression that fabled raid mobs will start spawning after Wednesday's patch on Phinigel. But I guess that's not the case.

Since they only come around once a year it's a little disappointing.
