Anyone else notice that Expanding Mind effect from caster belts is now a timed buff and not permanent? Is this working as intended?
the permanent ones were from what is now converted to AAs and those will say "shadow of________" and they do nothing anymore. Some few items actually cast a buff, not a you just got an AA for this shadow buff.
