My expedient recovery aa randomly is on cooldown, no the 1st time it's happened i haven't used it in 2 months any ideas why?
Mine has been doing that for the past couple months. Staunch recovery is also doing it. Lesson has not had the problem thus far. Happening on all three accounts that have vet rewards.
What I have had to do is click it, let it start to cast and then duck. That seems to refresh it and it goes back to it's normal state.
