Playing 4 accounts, 1 with the perk and 3 without. All 4 accounts are getting the exact same AA exp per kill so the perk isn't working at all on AA exp. For regular exp I'm getting the 5% bonus but the description says it gets multiplied by other bonuses so with the 50% exp event going on the perk should be giving 7.5% bonus exp. edit: mostly unrelated but how do I cancel a perk?
For a proper report u need to include: levels, zone , aa counts , at a minimum. And multiplied in eq dev speak never works like simple math.
I don't expect this is the case for you, but I'll bring it up just in case. If you're killing something that's giving your 5 AA, I wouldn't expect the perk to take you above this hard cap.
