Yes! I didn't expect this to be the unintentional phallus thread, lol. It actually says it is not phallus-shaped in its name; Pisiform means pea-shaped! It would have been a silly amount of art time to make different icons for all of them, so instead of pea-shaped, it's sort of very-tiny-femur shaped, and well, it's an upright bone, and yeah. It is quest related, and is a reward for a quest, but its otherwise questionable usefulness doesn't end there. On its own, it has stats, and you can put it in slot 7 or 8 in a hand-slot item, but for requiring level 65, the stats are garbage. It's definitely not too big for one hand to hold, because every person's hand is designed to hold one!

It's ok. I'm the guy who, without realising it, chose an item that used to be on the marketplace but isn't anymore. It pretty much turned into a word guessing name because there was no other easy way to guess it. I chose it because it was thematic, but there was no normal way to figure out which item it was.
