Yes! Technically I believe she can appear as a number of races in your instance, but the image on zam is the Dark Elf, so I went with that. I came back to the game too late for TBL in era, and I understand there were a lot of frustrations at the time, but going back through it there's some cool as hell stuff there. Zoning into Plane of Fire littered with already dead mobs, and having to kill xp groups to get Fennin Ro's attention, is a pretty funny idea for a mission. I think I heard that some of the "PC-NPCs" in that instance are named after GMs. I'm guessing this one isn't.
That was throwing me off, lol! I hesitated for a while about guessing Herry. It is a really fun concept for a mission, murdering the murderous adventurers. The names are pretty great, too! I also had no idea that Zam has it classified as a city. You're right that it's definitely not someplace I'd think of as a city!
For some reason the mission instance is listed as a city: https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/zone.html?zstrat=1221 The regular plane of fire isn't. I'm guessing it's a mistake but I thought i better mention it in case there's a good reason it says city.
