Last year, patch notes had this line: - - Essence of Shadow, Moonlight, Sunlight, and Winter drops have been restricted to the unlock of Shadows of Luclin. I'm pretty sure they're Velious drops, based on an old archived forum I found discussing them just before Velious launch. Can these be added back in to the new TLPs when Velious launches on them?
