Error NBE-1013

I've validated files and such. Game worked fine yesterday. Today this is what I get after clicking play.
Error NBE-1013: We have detected there is a problem with access to this game. Please "click here" for possible solutions.

The "click here" link leads to a webpage that doesn't exist also. Any help would be appreciated!

Same here. Is update still going on at 9:37 EST?

Im getting a different error, although the odd thing is one account is able to log in the other cannot. Getting the "there was an error completing your request".

I was finally able to log in with two accounts, but still getting that message on the third. Forum access seems spotty as well.

Im having similar issues with multiple accounts, both on live servers as well as test.

same as above , I can log in a FTP account but not my gold account

Same, silver account is good, gold isn't.

Both accounts logged on now. Guess whatever it was fixed itself. <shrug>

Seems to have been resolved.

This has struck me today. So it is evidently back at least in limited form.

Also getting this, can someone please fix this, most annoying....

Yep, cant login on any of my accounts and logging into the forums take a very long time too.

I have the same on both accounts and on EQ1 and EQ2 and also cannot check my accounts information.
When I bypass the patcher and log in it says I have to have a valid subscription /cough I for sure have.

This is an account issue, not a tech issue.
