OK this is freaking annoying. I am having troubles with certain bags of items being deleted from the game. Specifically a bag of unattuners that I have on all my accounts. I log in check the account and the bag is gone. What is going on this is very annoying and I do not want to think about if it starts doing it to other bags as well.
You might contact Customer Service, file a petition for an investigation, particularly since it is multiple accounts.
