Druid Debuff Consolidation Proposal

    For reference at the bottom is my base information. Please forgive what I am sure will be major format issues. Phone + copy paste hah.

    I propose something akin to the following. I am mostly focusing on the slots and if it would be feasible with what I have suggested and if it would actually work properly versus what we currently have available..

    Notes:
    1. I don't want this debuff to include damage components. I would prefer the lost dot damage get rolled into our other dots. Don't have enough slots for it anyway.
    2. We lose the heal recourse due to limits of slots. Would prefer our heals get addressed separately anyway. I can live without a recourse if it is only 1 spell/AA.
    3. I didn't add up the values of all the slots simply because I want to see if I have missed any major issues with how things are slotted here. I doubt my going into that level of detail will stimulate developer action anyway.
    4. I am looking to make it so we get the best of all the debuff irregularities so we experience no nerf other than potentially mana cost.
    5. I don't see a reason to split these into separate debuffs for each fire and cold personally. Save on debuffs slots and cast time.
    6. I included all of the limit factor lines. But I don't understand the inner workings well enough to know if what I proposed actually functions.

    Slots 6, 8 and 11 are the changes to lines that are NOT already in one of the source spell slots.

    I also removed the transform issue since I don't think it is necessary, causes issues in general, and not uniformly applied to abilities. Not going into detail about which abilities for fear of them adding that lameness elsewhere lol.

    The best solution imo:

    Ro's Encompassing Flare:

    An AA that casts 1 debuff slot that reduces AC, resist fire check, attack value, and increases raw fire damage and % fire damage as well as making them plant/susceptible to plant.

    If the mob is immune to sumac then it casts 1 debuff that has the AC, fire resist, attack value debuff and the added raw fire damage components.

    Eci's Frigid Breath:

    An AA that cast 1 debuff slot that reduces AC, resist cold check, attack value, and increases raw cold damage and % cold damage.

    Boom. 6 debuff slots become 2.

    Drop the DoT damage and Heal Target's Target and HoTT component's to the debuffs or move them to a useful line like Roar or the un-used ThunderXXX line. It has a fast cast but a really low dmg and the HTT or HoTT would be a reason to load it. Or, if you like the debuffs having them, throw the HTT on fire and HoTT on ice.

    So many options that are better than our current situation.
