One thing I am not sure was also mentioned, if you are healing in content without a slower, it can be VERY important to use your attack debuffs. I am shocked at the number of players and particularly druids who don't understand what these due. Hand of Ro (or its better) + Fixation of Ro can have the effect of mitigating mob dps by 17-21%, with a 3rd debuff, can up that to about 24%+. This is the effect of a 35%-~72% slow (depending on how much slow would be mitigated in that content), but for safety's sake just assume the approximate amount of a 34% to 42% slow. Still as useful with a slower as attack debuffs and slows stack.
