That Qeynos drink quest that would level you up to around 30 back in '99? I was trying to find old patch notes where they fixed it, but to no avail. Thanks in advance.
Nope, that was the Stein quest and took considerable amount more effort. This one rewarded way too much XP for difficulty and you could go from 1-30 in about an hour just sitting there handing the quest giver drinks.
Are you thinking of Tumpy Tonics? That was in Kaladim, but it was basically almost free leveling very early in the game.
