I've been hunting in The Steppes and I am seeing "Disturbed Earth" everywhere I go. To me it looks like some large creature like a Centaur or Cave Bear had a series of disappointing bowel movements. The piles con as scowling. I can target them but I have not been able to cast a spell or attack them in any way. What are these for?
Halloween quests. You will see many odd things in many zones right now. You cannot do anything to the mounds cause you don't have the quest necessary and those are for levels 70-75. Different levels have different zones.
