   I am bringing a toon down form 70 to 60. Is the aa bug still in effect where if you loose the requirement for the current aa you no longer get that line of aa??

   I believe this is no longer the case.
   I have I took one of my toons down a few months ago and retained all assigned AA's

   Owl is correct.
   
   You used to lose every rank of (example) Combat Agility, if you had it Max'd for your level (70) and lost a level.
   
   No longer the case.
