Looking for some understanding about this new AA. After spending 1000AAs, my understanding of 10% per rank for 10 ranks would equal 100% So every time I cast Impel of Blood this spell would proc my AA ability. Is my understanding incorrect or AA proc not working?
This would be one of the last AA lines I would buy. Once it was lowered from 50% to 15% its just not worth the investment at first unlike a lot of other synergies. If you don't have 10 or more dots on the mob for a few necros its not worth it over just about any other dps related aa or survival aa imo.

I removed all of my procs so that was the only other thing that could've hit. The actual damage wasn't particularly high since I /resetaa to buy Evoker's Synergy itself, but it definitely does crit.
