Ran the Defenders of the Faith mission 4 times. The first 3 times (ran yesterday), Xhun Adan didnt spawn. Ran it again today, got all of the spawns, but then the chest wouldnt spawn. I think someone in general was complaining about the same thing (no chest) happening to them yesterday.
Ran this task today and first attempt Xhut Adan did not spawn. Sent an In-game bug report. Ran the task immediately after 1st attempt and all steps functioned correctly.
