I attempted to buy a heroic character today and the message box said it was successful. However, it didn't update at character select. It said I had 0 heroic characters available. Also, the store didn't seem to deduct any currency from my current funds. So I bought another heroic character, and this time it worked. I made a wizzy =) Still didn't deduct anything from my wallet though. Looks like I got a heroic character for free? Maybe it's just lag.
