   In my experience both those were rare, as in I hardly ever saw any drop. If you've been getting them regularly then you have just been lucky with the RNG up til now. Highly unlikely anything has been changed on the loot tables.

   yea when i was doing hunter dark elf drops were alot more than bixie (too rare)
