does /disc cry of carnage = /disc cry of havoc upgrade? if so, why does the AA to extend cry of havoc not also work on carnage? seems kind of dumb to have one only work on lower version but no aa to continue the line

well i almost said exactly what i wanted to hear, but that would only be true if it was a good upgrade. I know now to just trash it for the extended older version. i lvled past that so quick i didnt buy it till last night and wondered what was up.
