I had tried setting the "FullscreenBitsPerPixel=16" to 32 and back to 16 because I saw elsewhere that some people were having issues with that I think, but it didn't help me. Also, I appreciate you taking the time to try and help us out. I have submitted a ticket to tech support but I'm unsure about how long that normally takes and It's going on day 3 with no response so far.
