Has anyone seen this item in the last month or so? This is the item that spawns in the potameid lake at the north end of Goru'Kar Mesa for the Charm of Lore quest. I submitted a ticket, but the response was "we've forwarded this to the developers". So, now I'm curious. Has ANYONE seen this lately or is it bugged somehow?
It's under the ground. If you /tar algae, /open, /tar algae, /loot, you can get it sometimes. It can take a while to figure out exactly where you need to stand and you need to hold down the end key to keep from floating up to the surface. I believe allakhazam has a near pinpoint accurate location to get you started. At least it worked for me when I had a guildie complain about the same piece.
Not sure when, but apparently this has been fixed. I picked it up last night on my shaman and it was visible again. Thanks to the devs for fixing this!
