Imperator's Command: Broken in it current form. CotF brought an upgrade but no fix. Blade Guardian: Blade Whirl is not tuned properly. Whatever dev tuned Blade Whirl thought 100% would be maximum parries, which of course isn't the case. Original whirl ranks were 50/60/75% and the CotF upgrades are 80/83/86%. What's the point of adding 3 new ranks if they're going to be laughably weak? CotF levels should be 90/105/120%, and that would still leave Blade Guardian as a pretty minor ability considering how low parry rates are. Lasting Bravery: The original 15 hit counter was clearly untuned as it was laughably low, and they give us AA levels to upgrade it by 5 each? Warlord's Bravery is a modest mitigation ability (14%), it should have a high hit counter. Fully leveled Warlord's Bravery should be in the 100-150 max hits range.
