None of the other humanoids have this happening to them.
I happened to be in Shard's so I ran over and had the same issue. Arrows will not hit the arena sentry. Even after you start fighting them and then root them and back away the arrows still do not fire. No error message Mine is on Tunare
It's always been that way in the Alaran city area of Shard's Landing. It's the helmets the guards wear. It's arrow Teflon!
I am currently leveling up a small tear for my bard. It's the third time for me. The arena is where I work on it. I do not recall this being the case in the past, hence my post.
