Not A Bug 'Contacting the Leadership' in Lceanium not completable

    I am on the quest step where I am supposed to speak with Tsaph Katta and receive a quest item to give to a harried page. Both are in Lceanium. Tsaph is supposed to give me a note but doesn't seem to do so no matter how many times I try. This is part of 'Contacting the Leadership', which is a requirement for 'Partisan of Lceanium'.
    Help would be appreciated. Many thanks.

  2. CatsPaws No response to your post cause your on ignore

    Do you have the robe equipped?

    Return to Tsaphs room, be sure to have the Robe you were given equiped (as indicated by [IMG] on the map), say 'worried' to Tsaph. If you lost the Robe you may say 'disguise' to Salli for a new one
