Collects are gaining at 1.92% not 2.0 - this was reported in beta as a problem at 121 and corrected at lvls after that. Appears to still be a problem at 121. On a side note - this is previous expansion collects so it appears to be a lvl problem not a collect problem.
Some levels (such as 121) have a negative experience modifier. The issue is that the reward preview isn't factoring that in so it's giving an inaccurate preview. You're getting the correct amount of experience for your level though.
