Collectables in Timorous Falls

I have been using my spirit of the lost clickie and can only find the Guard Reports collectables. I get two items that seem to be under the world, but they are in the area that the reports are in so I imagine that they are also report collectables.

Where is the Recipe collectables and the Shipment collectables. What area should I be concentrating in?

There's one set that doesn't drop in Timorous Falls. Also, there are groud spawn collectibles that are unreachable under the ground. Both issues should be fixed in next week's patch.

Have a Drink on me: Is ground spawns around brewery, if you get into a fresh /pick they are not underground and can do some collecting. If in normal zone they are all under world from what i gather across all servers

But what will they drop from that won't be 1000% overcamped next week?
