My guild and I finished the 10 part of the Coldain Ring quest and won the war. All dwarf NPC survived, but Kargin the Archer got stuck and did not pop in the circle of dwarves at the end. We found him standing on a hill and handed him the shorn head of narandi but he just gave it back and did not provide the quest reward (Eye of Narandi). We got all of the other items, just not this one. Can you please review and provide the reward? I'd like for my guildmates to get their reward for helping me out. Thank you!
