Cleave and Fero during GoD.

Wondering if anyone knows about how much of a dps increase these can be? They first start appearing during GoD. Just trying to gauge if i should go for those, or just stack hdex, etc.

Large. Even a single rank is going to be your biggest dps increase after weapon ratio.

You also want Improved Dodge and improved Parry / Block.

GoD Gear will yield a lot more Heroic Stats compared to LDoN and PoP, so you shouldn't worry too much about Hstats. Those 4 new Combat Mods on items are however very good and will be a must have to keep upgraded as new ranks becomes available.
