Was just thinking about class only weapons and got to wondering. Is it possible to take a proc, say anger proc's and make the proc spell itself warrior only, then place it on a weapon that any dual wielder could use without causong issues? If feasible it could make for a way to have "class" weapons without the need to make a whole new item for only one class.
A lot have recommended in the past that items drop and you'd aug with what you want for the proc. However I think item creation is probably one of their easiest processes
Easier to make an aug with only one class, thus only usable by that class. We can make class-based spells but they are "expensive" on server processing.
The old solteris weapons used to have their only proc be based upon which power source is being used. This was kind of annoying too, since the power source and proc combinations weren't always what people wanted. For example some beastlords wanted ac from the metal source, but not the chaotic strike effect that goes along with it. I'd say augs are the best bet, or limited class weapons with sensible procs.
