Chat issue

    Hello folks. I've recently upgraded to silver on my account. It says i have full chat privileges. However, i cannot send tells or reply to them. would anyone happen to know why? I've reloaded the game multiple times. any help is appreciated.

    Disc, you should be able to use the chat. What happens when you try to? Do you get a message?
