Is it a technical limitation that prevents more than 400 from joining general chat? On a server of 4000, why can only 10% of people join a serverwide chat channel? Is there a solution for this?
Normally, channel's when full would just open a new one automatically but for some reason that doesn't seem to be working. That or I am remembering it wrong but I always remembered there was multiple general chats.
This is third hand knowledge so....Heard from a guy that heard it from a GM during the beta test that this is intended. Don't know why but /shrug.
The UCS I'm betting can't handle all the extra traffic. It was acting up like this before Ragefire opened up so the added traffic isn't helping the situation.
