Character Transfer Token

    I accidentally purchased a character transfer token on the wrong character. Is there a way to get a refund? Is there a reason they are not heirloom?

    You can try raising a ticket & asking for a refund, since it was a store purchase they may be able to help, so long as you haven't made a habit of it.

    I've gotten a transfer token refunded long after I bought it, because I bought it to pay for an account-to-account transfer that got disabled after I bought it.
