Character Appearance Problem

So, I purchased a Race change potion today (Changed from Barb Shmy to Froglok Shmy)

I used the potion, selected the race, and Deity, hit submit.

My character was turned into a Froglok, but my gear appearances disappeared. So, I took off my gear 1 piece at a time, put it back on - Still no appearance.

Took off all my gear, put it back on - Still no appearance.

Camped to character select and back in - Still no appearance.

Camped out of EQ client all the way, logged back in - Still no appearance.

Opened up /bazaar, looked for an item, did the appearance preview window on said item (Was a tunic) - No preview, just naked toon.

Camped out, logged off and loaded same character on another computer (I had never played this character on this computer) - Still no appearance.

At this point i am a bit confused as to what it could possibly be. Any insights?

For armor not showing after race change to fix it, click face, random, accept, then zone
