A friend of mine tried logging in. He needs to reset his password. Every time we go to the change your password screen it always times out and he is not able to change his password to play. Needless to say he went from being excited to playing again, to after 5 days trying to login about to give up and go play Wow. Is anyone else having trouble with the change your password webpage? Can we get this fixed? Thanks
What browser is he using? I ask because whoever is responsible for maintaining multi-browser compatibility frequently fails. I usually use Firefox, and I hate I.E. with a passion; however, often (including yesterday evening), I cannot access my account settings at soe.com via Firefox. If I log in from I.E it usually works (as it did last night).
