I am waiting much longer to play with the new que than I ever did without it. I am waiting 45min - 1 hour to log on. There goes any hope of playing "here and there" when time permits. If I have two hours play time or an hour and a half and an hour is sucked away just queuing to get in, then what's the point? I finally got on after close to an hour and then crashed. There's no que preference for me? Seriously? I was on for 10minutes and am probably going to have to wait an hour again. (Already approaching 25min) Looks like I'm going to be asking for a refund soon. Poor launch, poor server planning. Open another server or increase the capacity - seriously. How do you justify the hundreds of paying customers that can't even play for the product they are paying for? I am the type to NEVER complain either. Ever. But this my friends is ridiculous.
You make some very good points. All things that should be addressed, but the queue issues would go away if we had another server of some sort.
