can't /veteran on accounts with 13+ years

trying to claim vet rewards on ragefire -- i have an account thats 13 years and another at 16 years.

both say "must be active for 1yr" before i can claim rewards.

/boggle.

Veterans Rewards were supposed to unlock on TLP servers when Gates of Discord did for each one. I think Gates unlocked in January on Ragefire so you might need to file a petition.

Are you certain you have not already used your allotment of veteran rewards? It is one character per account, per entitled year (displayed when you do /played). You also do not regain rewards if you choose to delete a character that has claimed them.
