We were trying to do raid in temple of fear's fall and was getting no messages from NPC when trying to request the expedition. Tried relogging, tried reforming raid. Tried a number of other expeditions, namely the tower of frozen shadow anniversary raid, VoA the king of the beasts raid, and a few others all with the same thing of no messages, no expeditions. Only expedition we found that worked was anguish. The old guild halls seem to be broke too, so whatever DZ server that's linked to all of those is probably down.
