Right clicking a bag just gives the general Background/Alpha/Arrange menu like clicking the window title bar. Was working fine until I logged off, patched for the hotfix and relogged in.
I was having to just click in the center of the screen and Alt+Enter to get it in the actual full screen that would let me click on bags when this would happen. It's like a faux full screen that you can see everyone moving but you yourself can't move.
