I can't connect to the server without getting the above error or getting bumped to the ancient classic login screen. And I just bought a krono. Can i get a refund since i can't use it or do I need to do a chargeback? Fix 1 break 10. Classic!
Your launcher cache may have old server details cached. To get around this, at the server select screen click a server and choose the "PLAY EVERQUEST!" button, instead of clicking the button below it that has the name of the most recent server you logged into. If that still doesn't work or you don't find anything else, I suggest submitting a customer service help ticket.
