Can't add mounts & illusion items to keyring

Mount Issue
Bought the 10 slot mount ring from the Marketplace. Two of my mounts won't add even though I have enough slots. The message states: "This item does not have a stat buff"

Now, the SAME mounts are on the Mount Keyring on my other account. Why can't I add the Glowing Black Drum or the Ornate Barding?

Illusion Issue
Similar to the mount, I have illusion items that won't add. I was able to put the Efreeti Death Visage on the Illusion Keyring but not the Bone Mask of Horror. I get the same error as above... why?

drop them in the open window, not the little box at bottom
