Is there any fix to this possible?
Not sure what expansion you are at on Mischief? I think SOF? You can only claim items that are associated with the expansion the server is unlocked for. So if it is SOF that was 2007. The Braxi Saddle had to do with the F2P sign in bonus on facebook. 2012 Visage of Farfanthom - the same I think the others are the same, released or granted AFTER 2007. So your server cannot yet claim them. Unknown why the GM did not know this.
Pretty sure I got an automated message to be honest, I saw a copy and paste of a basically word for word response I got as well. But, that explains it. I figured it wasn't expansion locked but the time era behind the expansions was something I hadn't thought of. Mischief is on SoD rn
