Howdy anyone know if an account has to be a certain age to buy DBC on it. A friend is trying to buy some cash to make a HC on a new account. It was only made today. He was able to buy EOK and All access but not the cash. Any info would be much appreciated.
I know I had to go through Steam or whatever and charge through paypal to get DBC. For whatever reason my card wouldn't work as is, and had to go that route. I did the same thing though. Came back, started new account, bought EoK, just had an issue with DBC and the shop. So try that route and see what happens.
Well I guess he was already using Paypal and it wont work. When he clicks on the DBC currency amount he gets directed to an error page. I tested it on my account and it takes me to the next page to finalize my purchase.
